Consolidated Storage Solutions Selects Datex FootPrint® WMS 3PL Warehouse Management System

Clearwater, Florida (April 25, 2013)-Consolidated Storage Solutions Inc. (CSSI) of Zanesville, Ohio selected supply chain software Datex FootPrint WMS for  their warehouse management solution.  Consolidated Storage Solutions Inc.  selected Datex FootPrint WMS for its robust functionality and ease of use in dealing with frozen, refrigerated and dry inventory.  Acting as a 4th party logistics provider (4PL) for one client, CSSI sought to improve inventory control and visibility.

To ensure capture of all potential revenue, Datex worked with CSSI to ensure documentation of all accessorial billing opportunities from operations performed during both inbound and outbound operations.  Using Datex FootPrint WMS enables CSSI to create new operation specific codes to clearly define tasks for billing such as packing, re-packaging, re-configuration and other tasks.

CSSI also identified that there are instances when they would like to ship out an entire load that had previously been received into inventory.  Datex FootPrint WMS includes a composite license plate process that would allow CSSI to select multiple license plates, associate them to a Composite License Plate (Master LP) then create the order and shipment in a more expedited manner.

Woodruff Cold Storage Selects Datex FootPrint® WMS 3PL Warehouse Management System for Cold Storage

Glacier Transit and Storage Selects Datex FootPrint® WMS 3PL Warehouse Management System for Cold Storage
