Incident Reporting
At Datex, we take the security and privacy of our users’ data seriously. If you believe you have discovered a security vulnerability or have experienced a security incident related to our SaaS platform, we encourage you to report it to us promptly.
To report a security incident or vulnerability, please contact our security team at infosec@datexcorp.com. When reporting, please provide as much detail as possible about the issue, including steps to reproduce, potential impact, and any supporting evidence or documentation.
Upon receiving your report, our team will investigate the issue promptly and take appropriate action to address and resolve the security incident or vulnerability. We will keep you informed of our progress and any updates regarding the resolution of the issue.
Whistleblower
At Datex, we are committed to maintaining a culture of integrity and ethical behavior. We encourage employees, contractors, customers, and other stakeholders to report concerns or complaints regarding unethical behavior, violations of company policies, or other improper conduct within our organization. Reports can be made anonymously through our Formal Complaint Form (for internal use only) or directly to HumanResources@datexcorp.com. We encourage individuals to report concerns promptly to ensure they can be addressed in a timely manner.
Reports of unethical behavior or violations of company polices will be treated with the utmost confidentiality. The identity of the whistleblower will be protected to the extent possible, consistent with the need to conduct a thorough investigation and address the reported issue.
We prohibit retaliation against any individual who reports concerns or complaints in good faith.
Datex may amend this Privacy Statement from time-to-time. For material changes to this Statement, Datex will place a prominent notice on this Web site.
